David Johnston is a seasoned business leader with 35+ years of experience in corporate development, entrepreneurship, and the pet food industry.

With 40+ years’ experience sourcing quality ingredients worldwide and selling into the North American market I am embracing the role of Captain Coordination at Seatarra. I bring a broad range of experience having held various of roles in multiple industries such as pet food, aquaculture, livestock feed and human food manufacturing.

With a background that spans ocean vessels, long-haul trucking, and supply chain logistics, Brian brings a practical, end-to-end understanding of how freight moves. Since entering the logistics industry in 2015, he has built a reputation for solving complex transportation challenges.

As a CITT Certified Logistics Professional, I have 30 years of experience in all areas of Logistics and Warehousing. Over the past 15 years I have been focused on the safe and efficient transportation, transloading, storage and import/export of Pet Food and Animal Feed Ingredients.

With over a decade of experience in the pet food industry, Dan has built a reputation as a trusted expert in sourcing high-quality ingredients for pet food manufacturers across Canada and the United States. Over the years, he has developed strong relationships with key industry players, ensuring the delivery of top-tier ingredients that meet both regulatory standards and consumer demands. Dan’s deep understanding of the market, combined with his dedication to quality and service, has helped countless companies elevate their products and succeed in a competitive market.

With over 17 years of experience in the pet food and animal feed ingredient industry, Tyler has built a distinguished career as a seasoned trader specializing in sourcing, trading, and distributing high-quality ingredients. His deep understanding of the global supply chain and logistics has enabled him to consistently deliver value to clients while ensuring the seamless movement of goods across international markets.

Stefan is an experienced commodity trader specializing in the pet food, aquaculture feed, and animal feed industries. He leverages expertise in market analysis, risk management, and logistics to ensure timely, high-quality shipments that meet customer and supplier goals.

With 20+ years’ experience in customer satisfaction and over a decade working in the rendering and feed ingredient industry, my focus is on solidifying both existing and new partnerships with Seatarra Ingredient Alliance.

Mackenzie Nielsen works with Seatarra to develop and execute global sourcing and distribution strategies across the ingredient supply chain, serving the nutraceutical, food, and feed industries. He specializes in procurement, supplier partnerships, and structuring efficient, cost-optimized supply flows across international markets.

With a Master’s degree in Nutraceutical Sciences, Amanda supports customers in evaluating ingredients from both a technical and commercial perspective. She focuses on helping companies secure reliable supply solutions while identifying ingredients that enhance product performance and strengthen commercial positioning.
